These terms and conditions of use (as amended from time to time) together with the documents referred to in them ("Terms of Use") regulate your use of the crew2crew.com website, crew2crew.co.uk website, and crew2crew.net website (together and individually the "Site") offered by Crew 2 Crew Limited (Company No. 05087203), which has its main place of business at Crichiebank Business Centre, Mill Road, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 5NQ, Scotland ("Crew 2 Crew", "We", "Us").

You should read these Terms of Use before using the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use then you may not access or use the Site.

Subscriptions to the Site are governed by our Membership Terms.

Any content uploaded to the Site is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Crew 2 Crew logo, Crew 2 Crew words and device displayed on the Site are registered trade marks of Crew 2 Crew Limited and you should not use these trademarks without our express written consent.

You may download articles, message posts and news articles to a local hard disk and print or copy extracts from the Site for your personal use only. Our status (and that of any identified contributor) as the authors of material on the Site must always be acknowledged. Please note that this right does not include Our use of any information which identifies you as an individual, which will be used by Us in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

The Site may from time to time contain links to other internet sites which are under the control of a third party. The Site also contains microsites which are operated by third party suppliers ("Microsites"). Any links, advertisements and/or Microsites are provided solely for the convenience of users of the Site and do not represent any endorsement or recommendation by Us.

Crew 2 Crew accepts no responsibility for the content of any third party sites, advertisements or Microsites, nor for the way in which information about their users is treated and we accept no responsibility for any third party links accessed through a Microsite.

Crew 2 Crew makes no warranties, representations or undertakings about and takes no liability whatsoever (including, without limitation, liability arising out of any allegation that the content of any other website is misleading, inaccurate, defamatory or otherwise infringes any law or the rights on any person or entity) for any loss, damage, expense, cost or liability whatsoever incurred by you as a result of your entering into a contract with a third party or accessing the content of a third party website or Microsite.

No links or frames to the Site or any part of it may be included in any other website without the prior consent of Crew 2 Crew.

We do our best to ensure that the Site operates properly at all times, however We do not guarantee that the Site will be available continuously and without interruption or error, and reserve the right to alter any part of the Site at any time, and to suspend or withdraw the Site at any time and for any reason.

Whilst We have prepared the content of the Site in good faith and with reasonable skill and care any commentary and other materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Nothing in these Terms of Use will limit or affect our liability in the event of our negligence which causes death or personal injury.

Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms of Use affect your rights under law which cannot be excluded or limited.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is consistent with these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations.

You will not:

• interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site, or take any action which is likely to cause the Site to be interrupted or degraded; or
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the computer system of Crew 2 Crew or that of any other user; or
• upload files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of Crew 2 Crew's computer, or that of another.

If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms of Use and that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Crew 2 Crew.
