If any provision of the Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and that provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Crew 2 Crew.
